Foil Dinners


Total time: 60 minutes Active time: 15 minutes 

Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients:
1 lb. low-fat hamburger or impossible burger works great
2 small potatoes chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
2 carrots chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 packet of French onion soup mix (or use your choice of spices)

Instructions:
Place meat and veggies on squares of aluminum foil. Feel free to add or subtract whatever vegetables you have on hand. Top with spices. Bake at 375 for about 40-45 minutes. Serve with ketchup.

Notes: It is not recommended to store things in aluminum foil because it is not air tight and bacteria can get in. So if you need to store leftovers use a Tupperware or ziplock bag.
