Tabouleh Salad
Total time: ~15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 bunch mint chopped finely without stalks
1-2 bunches parsley cut fine without stalks (twice as much as the mint)
1/4 medium onion, sliced the long way then chopped short way finely
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tomatoes, chop fine and drain juice
Salt
Pepper
Romaine Lettuce
Ingredients:
1 bunch mint chopped finely without stalks

Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cup Fine bulgur wheat
Add lots of salt on the greens and tomatoes
Add lots of pepper on the tomatoes
Don’t mix yet
Pour olive oil for about 15 seconds
Stir with two big spoons
Place big lettuce leaves on the side to roll
Instructions:
Soak bulgar in water in a bowl while chopping mint, parsley and onion them drain with hand
Put drained bulgur in platterAdd lots of salt on the greens and tomatoes
Add lots of pepper on the tomatoes
Don’t mix yet
Pour olive oil for about 15 seconds
Stir with two big spoons
Place big lettuce leaves on the side to roll
